How to Apply

Steps to Apply:

 1)  Complete CLC Application (attached below)

2)  Give forms to your references and have them mail the completed forms

3)  Enclose Logos application (attached below): Complete "Personal Information" and "Church" sections ONLY (include picture and resume; no $60 fee)

4)  Enclose high school transcript or your highest level of education

5)  Enclose application fee (checks made out to Celebration Church)

6)  Affix passport photos on application

 7)  Mail to Celebration Church Attn: CLC
